Why are my points missing?

Tips if you notice that your card transactions are no longer updating

Accounts sometimes become unlinked from Grand Reserve to your credit card issuer, due to credentials changing or another change with the bank connection.

If you are not seeing points for qualifying wine purchases you made on a linked card, please take the following steps to relink your account. 

  1. Log into your Grand Reserve account visit the Linked Cards page
  2. Click the "x" next to your bank account and follow the prompts to delete the bank connection
  3. Click on the "Link Credit Card Account" button
  4. Follow the prompts to sign into your account

After you complete the process of relinking the account, the status next to your account should now say "Linked" on the Linked Accounts page. 

Once you see this message, it indicates that the connection issue is resolved and transactions should now be available.

Please let us know once your account has been relinked. We will verify we have access to recent transactions and account for any missing wine transaction points.
