If you ever encounter a transaction on your account that seems incorrect, you may need to dispute this transaction.
You can initiate a dispute by signing into your online account management dashboard, finding the transaction in question in the Home – Recent Transactions or Card – Transactions sections, and selecting “Dispute Transaction.” Follow the screens to give us the required information. We will investigate your concerns and contact you.
