How can I dispute a transaction?

If you find a transaction in your card activity that seems incorrect, you may need to dispute this transaction. You can dispute a transaction from inside your online account management dashboard, by emailing us at hello@grandreservecard.com, or calling us at 1-800-630-6056 from Monday - Friday, 7:00 am- 4:00 pm PT and Saturday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm PT.
