I'm missing rewards points for one of my transactions. How do I get my points? (Card)

If you feel like you're missing rewards points or the rewards points you earned for a transaction were incorrectly calculated for a purchase at a wine shop, wine club, or winery, it’s easy to let us know. Visit the Rewards – See Activity screen in your online dashboard. Then tap on the “Points Issue? Let Us Know” link. You can select a transaction from there and share details with us about any concerns. We will investigate and let you know if we're making an adjustment to your rewards points balance. Please note that submitting missing rewards requests online is the fastest way to receive your points.
